Book appointments, order repeat prescriptions through the Manage My Health portal

Repeat prescription requests take at least 72 hours to process. Please ensure that you order your repeats in plenty of time to avoid running out of your medication.

Who can use Online services?

Enrolled patients 16 years old or over, with a unique personal email address, who have provided proof of identity and are registered with our patient portal, ManageMyHealth. Come in and see us to register.

Before booking your appointment.

When you make an appointment booking, we strongly advise that you consider the following:
Standard appointments are 15 minutes long - and you can only book a standard appointment via the online service. If you require a longer appointment, i.e., for a Driver’s Licence, Medical, Molemate, DermMate, STIC Clinic, Fracture Clinic, Minor Surgery, or have multiple issues to discuss, please phone 03 365 7900 to make your booking.
Book with the doctor you are enrolled with. This is better for your continuity of care. If you’re not sure who you are enrolled with, please phone us on 03 365 7900 to confirm.
If you are making a booking for a family member please ensure they are enrolled with us.
Please be aware that children's immunisations, travel immunisations and cervical smears are Nurse Clinic appointments and cannot be booked using the online service.
If you wish to book child immunisations and other Nurse Clinic appointments, please phone us on 03 365 7900.
When booking your appointment, please consider using the option of informing us of the reason for your visit - this helps us to ensure that you have booked the correct appointment.
If you do not require your booking please ensure that you cancel
at least 2 hours prior to the appointment.

Repeat Prescriptions and Test Results are available online.
Enrolled patients must register with our patient portal, ManageMyHealth to use these services online.
