Our Travellers Health Centre is designed as a 'ONE STOP SHOP' for all vaccinations and malaria advice, and we also have an excellent range of travel health products available for sale. We are a member of the Worldwise Group , New Zealand’s Travel Health Specialists with a network of specialist clinics country-wide.

What type of services & advice do you provide?

We are a licenced Yellow Fever vaccinating Centre and provide complete pre-travel consultations and recommendations on all vaccinations, malaria risk and prevention and country specific advice for all types of travellers.

What vaccinations do I need?

Specific vaccination recommendations vary person to person depending on many factors about yourself and your trip and are only made after a complete pre-travel consulation.

Country specific information and general vaccination recommendations can be found on the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention website.

When you come to see us for advice on any vaccinations that may be required for your trip, we will advise you of those that are necessary and those that are optional. If you have an international vaccination certificate book, then please bring it with you so we can update it for international border control.

A nurse specialist can visit your workplace for group presentations to discuss Travel Health and safety, an excellent option when you have a small group travelling together.

We have an excellent range of products available for sale in the Travellers Health Centre at competitive prices.

Insect Protection:

• Insect repellents - containing Deet or Picaridin
• Mosquito Nets – Double and single sized, Impregnated with Permethrin
• Permethrin Kits – For treating clothes, sleeping liners or nets

Kits and first aid

• First Aid Kits – Personal or for small family groups
• Travel Kits – Contains basic first aid, repellent, hand sanitiser and Gastro kit.
• Gastro Kits – Anti-diarrhoea tablets, oral rehydration sachets and hand sanitiser
• Sterile syringe/needle kits
• Betadine antiseptic liquid
• Travellers hygiene products – pocket soaps, shampoos, hand wash or sanitiser

How do I make an appointment?

Travellers Health runs by appointments only. Email Tonya or phone 3657900 to book your appointment or with any queries you might have regarding your travel health risks.

Normal Hours of service are as follows:

Tuesday 9-3pm
Wednesday 12-8pm
Thursday 9-3pm
Friday (Alternate) 9-12noon
Saturday (Alternate) 10-3pm
